Engaged to assemble a series of land parcels to create a residential development project.  The scope includes identifying parcels that meet the search criteria, performing due diligence, engaging third-party consultants and negotiating closing documents.

Owners are seeking to implement a large renovation and capital project to rejuvenate their investment.  Engagement includes identifying a general contractor, negotiating construction scope and contract, interviewing key trades and general project management.

Engaged to assemble a series of land parcels for the development of a large-scale industrial distribution and cold storage facility.  The scope includes identifying parcels that meet the search criteria, performing due diligence, engaging third-party consultants and negotiating closing documents. 

Advised client on the disposition of various land parcels (residential and industrial) and an office building.  Developed a targeted marketing strategy and implemented a competitive sale process that exceeded client's expectations.

Procured new revolving credit facility and term debt for agriculture equipment manufacturer that allowed client to refinance existing debt and provide capacity for working capital.

Procured new revolving credit facility for government contractor that provided necessary working capital to satisfy recent awards that doubled the company's revenues.

Advised HNW client on real estate holdings and related strategic alternatives planning.  Assignment included evaluating joint-venture proposal to develop sites, sale of all or a portion of the properties and assessment of current building values.

Engaged to implement a roll-up strategy of various privately owned companies in the youth sports industry. Identified various target companies, implemented a calling strategy and negotiated multiple transactions with sellers.
